X2xx/s (X200/s-260) X200s WWAN-Karte nicht gefunden / Ericsson F3507g; LinuxMint 17.2

Hallo!
Bisher konnte ich meine Probleme meist mit der Suche oder dem Wiki loesen, jetzt komme ich aber nicht mehr weiter.
Ich habe ein ThikPad X200s, mit einer F3507g Eriksson-WWAN-Karte (kontrolliert!). Mein Betriebssystem ist LinuxMint 17.2 mit der Mate-Oberflaeche.
Im BIOS habe ich nachgeschaut das Wireless WAN "enabled" ist. Ein SIM-Karte ist eingelegt (richtigrum).
Trotzdem wird die Karte anscheinend nicht erkannt.

Ist die WWAN-Karte defekt, sind die Treiber aus dem Kernel entfernt oder stelle ich mich nur ungeschickt an?

Vielen Dank Lokheizer!
Ich habe mein Problem, mit Hilfe der thinkwiki.org Seite, inzwischen selbst geloest!
Das Modul musste im BIOS ein mal aus und wieder eingeschaltet werden.

Disable the card in the BIOS: go to "Config", "Security", "I/O Port Access" and switch "wireless wan" to "disabled". Save, restart and boot. Then do the same thing again and enable it again.

Jetzt klappt es auch:
