x200 linux und bluetooth/wwan

hallo zusammen.

bis vor kurzem hat bluetooth und wwan anstandlos funktioniert, aber jetzt ploetzlich (von einem tag auf den anderen) wird bluetooth und wwan nicht mehr erkannt auch ein lsusb zeigt keine geraete:

nur fingerprint und die kamera wird angezeigt.

was kann hier passiert sein?

ps: wireless lan funktioniert und der schalter ist auch auf an.

Bei geladenem thinkpad-acpi sollte das hier jeweils die Geräte aktivieren:
echo enable > /proc/acpi/ibm/bluetooth
echo enable > /proc/acpi/ibm/wan
