X2x (X20-24) X200 Bootvorgang oder genauer Biosstart dauert 10min und mehr

Hallo,
habe ein Thinkpad X200 eines Bekannten.
Der Bootvorgang, oder wie im Titel schon genauer gesagt der Biosstart, dauert seit einiger Zeit 10 min und mehr.
D.h. man schaltet das TP ein und der Bildschirm bleibt 10 min dunkel.
Danach startet Windows ganz normal.
Google sagt man soll die Intel AMT Firmware aktualisieren.
Hab ich durchgeführt und neuestes Bios installiert.
Hat alles nix gebracht.
Hat jemand nen Tip?

Seit einiger Zeit == BiosUpdate

Du musst ggf. intel AMT noch updaten

Sonst der letzte Post im Thread: Bios-Reset, da must du aber aufpassen ob du ggf. Passwörter im BIOS vergeben hast.

Nach dem BIOS-Update muss es initialisiert werden:

Initializing the BIOS

Note:
After initialization you may need to reapply some settings that you had changed previously.

BIOS Initialization is suggested for some problems. To initialize the BIOS settings:

Turn off the computer.
Turn on the computer.
While the "To interrupt normal startup, press the blue ThinkVantage button" message is displayed at the lower-left area of the screen, press the F1 key.
The "BIOS Setup Utility" menu will be displayed. If a password prompt appears, type the correct password.
Press the F9 key to load default configuration.
Select Yes.
Press the F10 key to save default configuration and exit.
Select Yes.
Restart the computer.

Hilft es nichts, dann die BIOS-Batterie für ein paar Minuten abklemmen und nach dem Wiedereinbau vor dem Booten im BIOS unter Config - SATA ggf. die ursprüngliche Einstellung wiederherstellen.
