X1 Carbon Gen x X1 Carbon Gen8: Zertifikate für Secureboot aktivieren

Hallo,

bevor ich mich an den M720q wende, habe ich mein X1C G8 auch bzgl. Secureboot und neue Zertifikate überprüft. Neuestes BIOS ist installiert (1.42?) und im BIOS ist auch Secureboot ausgewählt.




Die Prüfskripte sagen jedoch das Secureboot nicht aktiv ist und im BIOS werden auch nur die alten Zertifikate angezeigt.

Restore Factory Keys jetzt als nächstes?

Mach mal 'nen restore factory Keys.
Musste ich auch schon machen, damit die trotz aktuellen BIOS auftauchen.

Bei mir war das in Kombination mit einem Mainboardtausch bei bestehendem System (nichts ging mehr mit aktivem Secureboot) oder auch Mainboard Neueinbau mit Neuinstalation von altem Image + vollgepatched notwendig.

Secureboot nicht aktiv ist

Der Rechner ist im 'Setup Mode', das deaktiviert secure boot und wartet auf eigene Schlüsseleingaben. Das ist auch ein Ansatz.

Probiere "Clear All Secure Boot Keys" und "Restore Factore Keys". Secure Boot Mode sollte auf User Mode stehen.
