T6x T61 erkennt Expresscard-Gerät nicht

Hallo, nach langem Hin und Her habe ich es geschafft, einen QX9300 zu installieren (und zum Laufen zu bringen). Ich hatte mir zuvor eine ExpressCard EGPU gekauft, um Spiele mit akzeptabler fps zu spielen.
Leider erkennt der Laptop die ExpressCard EGPU nicht. Das ExpressCard-Gerät funktioniert einwandfrei, wie ich an einem anderen T61 getestet habe (ich habe den ExpressCard-Steckplatz von besagtem funktionierenden, unveränderten T61 kopiert).
Wichtig zu beachten ist, dass das problematische T61 ein Xiaofei-BIOS (mit Linux-fähigen ACPI-Tabellen) verwendet, da ich mit einem anderen BIOS nicht alle vier Kerne aktivieren konnte.
Jede Hilfe wird sehr geschätzt.
PS: Ich weiß, dass ich das T61 wahrscheinlich einfach aufgeben und mir ein neueres Gerät kaufen sollte, aber das 4:3 kann ich nicht aufgeben

Kannst du eine andere PCIe-Expresscard im problematischen T61 testen?
Ist der Expresscard-Slot im BIOS aktiviert? (muss möglicherweise für PCIe und USB getrennt gemacht werden)

Ich meinte "tauschen" und nicht "kopieren", entschuldige bitte. Einer der offensichtlichsten Gründe dafür, dass die ExpressCard nicht vom Betriebssystem registriert wird, wäre der fehlerhafte Steckplatz selbst, aber das scheint nicht der Fall zu sein.
Es gibt keine Rückmeldung vom System nach dem Einstecken (und Herausziehen) der ExpressCard.
Ich besitze leider kein anderes ExpressCard-Gerät.
ExpressCard ist tatsächlich im BIOS aktiviert.
Ich habe gesehen, dass der 1066-Mod die VGA-Verbindung auf Motherboards mit Intel-Grafiken unbrauchbar macht, daher nehme ich an, dass die Situation mit meinem T61 ähnlich sein könnte.

By inserting the ExpressCard egpu into the modified T61.
Let me describe the situation again: I inserted an ExpressCard into the modified T61, but it wasn't recognized by the operating system. After confirming that the EGPU itself was actually working in other (unmodified) T61s, I removed the entire ExpressCard slot from the unmodified T61 and inserted it into the modified T61. However, the situation didn't improve.

Did you verify, that the mod-BIOS supports express cards.
Did the eGPU work before modding this T61?
Are the connectors in the Express card slot free from dust and dirt? (the fan sucks dust through the Expresscard slot)

The ExpressCard function is enabled in the BIOS.
Egpu worked before I flashed the Xiaofei BIOS and loaded the custom ACPI tables.
The card and connector have been confirmed to work properly in another T61.

In some ThinkPads there also is an entry under Config - Power to set a power management option for Expresscards in BIOS. I do not know. whether it also was available in T61-BIOS.

Generally I guess, that the mod-BIOS seems not (fully) support Expresscards.

I've experimented with the ExpressCard power management, but turning it on or off doesn't change the situation.
I'm afraid that might be the case, although in my troubleshooting efforts, I decided to flash the Xiaofei BIOS to the unmodified T61, and the EGPU still worked on it. I'd also like to add (in case it helps) that the T61 I'm having problems with has an Nvidia chip.

The NVIDIA-chip may not affect expresscard. I do not know, whether there is a fuse saving the expresscard-slot.
Fuses on T61-Board (nVidia 14,1" wide screen)

I dont know exactly but i mean to remember, that in the early years of eGPU in some cases it was necessary to deactivate the internal dedicated gpu because it affected the functionality of the eGPU. There was a mod available people had to buy.
