Safeguard Easy 4.20 Error 1241 bei Installation

Hallo,

ich versuche gerade die Version 4.20 von Safeguard Easy auf meinem T60p zu installieren.
Ich komme jedoch nicht über die Setup Routine hinaus. Sie bricht kurz vor Ende mit dem "Error 1241: Invalid or Unknown Drive defined" ab :-(
Ich hab die Hitachi 7K100 100GB S-ATA Platte im T60p. Also beim besten Willen nichts exotisches.
Kann mir da eventuell jemand weiterhelfen? Muss ich evtl. im Bios was ändern, dass Safeguard die Platte korrekt erkennt?

During the installation of SafeGuard Easy, the installation process seems to hang or rolls back. In the SafeGuard Easy installation logfile, the error SGE 1241 has been logged. How can this issue be solved?

Solution 1:
Please run defrag and chkdsk (SGI: 107081).

Solution 2:
Check whether IBM/Lenovo's Rapid Restore is installed on the same machine. If yes, temporarily deactivate Rapid Restore and start the installation of SafeGuard Easy again.

danke, hatte diese vorschläge auf der utimaco site nicht gefunden. dann hoffe ich ma, dass chkdisk die sache behebt. rapid restore hab ich ma nicht installiert ....
