kann keine S.M.A.R.T-Daten auslesen

Hallo,

mich würde interessieren wie es um den Zustand meiner Platte bestellt ist. Also habe ich versucht die SMART-Daten auszulesen. Zuerst mit HD-Tune und dann mit smartctl. Beide Programme zeigen keine Daten an.

smartctl bringt nur dieses Ergebnis:

Fehlt da noch ein Treiber (wegen I/O-Error)? ?( System ist ein XP mit SP2 von einer "normalen" CD installiert.

Unter Linux hatte ich letztens bei smartctl auch die Meldung "invalid SMART checksum".

Erst nachdem ich mit

smartctl -s on /dev/hda

SMART für diese Festplatte eingeschaltet hatte gab es auch Ergebnisse.

Ob es unter Windows den Parameter -s gibt weiß ich nicht. Auch steht in deiner Ausgabe "SMART support is: Enabled" ... evtl. ist es bereits eingeschaltet. Ist das angemeldete Benutzerkonto Mitglied der Administratorengruppe?

Ich glaube das Auslesen geht nur wenn der SATA Controller im "Compatible Mode" (im BIOS) und NICHT im AHCI Mode läuft.

Mit HD Tune kann ich den Status meiner Platte auch nicht anzeigen lassen.
