ich habe heute morgen die Antwort auf die direkte Anfrage an Samsung erhalten, Kurzzusammenfassung: Garantie vergibt der Reseller, der die SSD in seinen Geräten verkauft, nicht Samsung.

You have indicated that you may have purchased a product containing Samsung Semiconductor Europe GmbH(Samsung) products directly from a reseller, integrator, or retail vendor (reseller).
Resellers handle components and have control of the treatment of those products as well as
where those components are sold and implemented. Resellers also may issue direct warranties
to their customers on terms and conditions that the reseller (not Samsung) support. Therefore, there is not any warranty from Samsung to you as an end purchaser or user in this situation.
The warranty (if any) to you for your component would be one issued by the reseller from whom you have purchased the product. Your proper course of action for a warranty claim is to contact the reseller from whom you purchased the product and make your warranty claim with that reseller under that reseller¢¥s warranty.
