Festplatte bei ThinkCentre-Edge-71-Small-Form-1578-E1G ersetzen

Ich habe diesen Small Form Factor PC:

und möchte die Festplatte von 320GB auf 500GB ersetzen.

Momentan ist noch vom Werk diese Festplatte eingebaut:

Bekomme ich welche Probleme, wenn ich SATA II an einem SATA I port anschliessen, Speed-Einbussen etc.

Nein, Du kannst sie bedenkenlos kaufen. Die HDD läuft dann eben nur in SATA-Geschwindigkeit.
