Hab eben folgende Mail erhalten:

Dear Lenovo ESC+ Users,
Lenovo is transitioning away from the current electronic ticketing system (ESC+). As Lenovo PC customers, you will now have access to a new, enhanced tool: MTSA – Managed Technical Support Access.
With this new web solution, you can continue to submit your service requests electronically, but the tool also provides additional useful features:

  • Greater visibility to warranty entitlement information
  • An opportunity to sign up for status updates via email or SMS text
  • Reporting views to track open and closed tickets.
Most users can begin using MTSA starting Feb 5, 2015. Hebrew and Turkish language support will be added March 5, 2015. Information with details regarding how to access and log into the new tool will be provided in the coming weeks. Once you begin using the new solution, additional support resources will be available. The attached FAQ has been created to answer the most common questions about the transition, however if you have additional concerns or questions, please contact: Lenovo@uk.ibm.com

Mal schauen, ob bloß aus Raider Twix wird oder ob sich mehr als der Name ändert.

OT: In Zeiten von MRSA finde ich das Kürzel MTSA etwas ungünstig gewählt. ;)
 
Ich konnte heute noch einen Supportfall über ESC+ eröffnen. Wer einen Account bei IBM hat, wird benachrichtigt, wenn sein Account umgestellt wird.
