X2xx Tablet X220T Festplatten Benchmarks

Wenn es interessieren möge, ich habe mal drei Benchmarks ablaufen lassen:

1. externe Seagate 2.5" 1.5 TB über USB3-Adapter von Transcend
2. dieselbe Platte am originären USB2-Port des X220T
(leider hat das X220T keine USB3-Port)
3. interne SSD-Platte 160GB Intel

Was der USB3-Adapter nun für konkrete Anwendungen bringt, kann ich aus den Zahlen nicht interpretieren, vielleicht ist jemand von Euch klüger? (Habe dort vor allem die Fotos und Lightroom-Kataloge drauf, d.h. LR ist auf der internen Platte installiert, bearbeitet aber alle Daten auf der externen Platte.)
