Windows could not configure one or more... Fehlermeldung bei Installation auf einem SL300

Hi,
ich möchte auf meinem SL300 Thinkpad (TYPE 2738-52G) Windows 7 installieren. Bis auf die Platte, eine Hitachi Travelstar 5K500.B 500GB habe ich nichts verändert (originale ist defekt). Das TP ist allerdings gebraucht. Bei der Windows Installation erscheint gegen Ende immer eine Fehlermeldung (siehe Bild)



nach dem Neustarten sieht das dann so aus:



Im BIOS hab ich schon alles deaktiviert was man deaktivieren kann. XP lässt sich ohne Probs installieren. Über eine BIOS Aktualisierung habe ich schon nachgedacht. Jetzt habe ich die Version 2.5 drauf. Ich habe mit komplett leerer Platte die Installation gestartet, das ist kein Upgrade von Vista und ich habe schon 2 Win7 Isos probiert.


[EDIT]: Hab die Bilder direkt eingebunden.Wusste nicht, das das so problematisch ist. Jetzt kann geholfen werden! :S Mit Opera funzt das hier nicht richtig... ?(

Laut Changelog von Lenovo, ist das 1.25 Bios in zwei Versionen released worden. In der Version 1.28 bleibt das Problem bestehen.

Version 1.28
BIOS: 1.28 / ECB: B110390001

BIOS: 1.25 / ECB: B110390001
[Important] Added support for Microsoft Windows 7.

Den Ram hab ich auch mit Windows 7 geprüft und die Hitachi mit Drive Fitness geprüft und mit Nullen überschrieben. Alles in Ordnung. Funzt aber immer noch nicht.
