Ubuntu für T60

Hi leute,

also ich habe gerade versucht ubuntu auf mein T60 zu bringen aber es funktioniert nich ich habe mich an folgende guides gehalten

hier
und
hier ohne grub

aber ubuntu läuft nicht. Ich kann im Windows boot menu beides auswählen, aber wenn ich ubuntu starte dann ist alles schwarz ( oder ein blinkender courser)

XP läuft. also das ist kein problem. aber ubuntu nich

nun warum ich dann aber nicht grub nutze

if you load GRUB on the MBR,

1) the ThinkVantage button will not work

2) the backup and rescue partition on the Thinkpad is lost.

If you dont care about the above two, you can load GRUB on the MBR and the installation becomes much simpler - you can just follow the standard installation procedure for Windows dual boot.

Also am ende findet Ihr noch ein paar daten die mein PC ausspuckt, aber weiter weiß ich auch nicht also ich brauch eure hülfe.

nee, habe 7.10 genommen,

aber habe mir gedacht die müssen ja ähnlich sein.
