T60p Wlan mit Madwifi

Hallo
ich habe große Probleme meine AR5418 802.11a/b/g/n Wireless PCI Express mit den Madwifif Treibern zum laufen zu bekommen.
Ich habe mich hieran orientiert:

Ich vermute das es am Mode liegt aber ich kann ihn nicht mit :

ändern! warum auch immer?

was vemutest denn? was geht denn nicht ausser dass der command iwconfig ..mode nicht geht?

der Mode steht auf Master müste aber Managed sein nur blöd das iwconfig das nicht ändert läst ich bekomme halt keine Verbindung und kann auch nicht scannen ...
Das ganze funktioniert auch schon mal kurzzeitig da stand dann auch Mode: Managed aber nach einem reboot war dann wieder Feierabend entwdeder ich binn zu blöd zum konfigurieren oder der Treiber arbeitet einfach noch nicht stabil ?

Das Verzeichniss /etc/conf.d hab ich nicht vileicht sollte ich noch dazusagen das ich debian etch habe ...

probier mal die karte neu hinzuzufügen...

was sagt dann iwconfig?

ist die verschlüsselung wep oder wpa?

in /etc/network/interfaces würde ich wenns wep ist das rein tun...

/etc/init.d/wlan0 existiert bei mir nicht ich hab gleich den rechner neu gestarted...
Vor dem Neustart zeigte iwconfig Mode:managed an seit dem reboot nur noch Master

kannst ja deinen key aus dem obrigen post noch weg-editieren...

was spuckt denn "lspci" und "lsmod" aus?

und was wenn du
/etc/init.d/ tab drücken, was kommt dann alles?

kann es sein, dass du mit
/etc/init.d/networking restart

deine karte neu starten kannst?

hmm... die nötigen module für die wlankarte sind geladen.

sagt dmesg irgend eine meldung bezüglich der karte?

bzw verusch mal nicht via dhcp sondern ne static ip zu verweisen.
