t440s Fedora 28 XFCE Suspend und Touchpad Probleme

Moin,

Bis jetzt war ich in diesem Forum nur lesend dabei, jedoch benötige ich nun mal eure Hilfe.
ich habe seit kurzem ein t440s und bereibe das mit Fedora 28 XFCE. Anfänglich war ich mit dem Touchpad treiber nicht so zufrieden (libinput 1.11.3) und habe durch:

dnf install xorg-x11-drv-synaptics-devel.x86_64
dnf install xorg-x11-drv-synaptics-legacy.x86_64
einen anderen Treiber installiert.
Das Problem ist nun, dass mit dem synaptics Treiber das Thinkpad beim schließen des Deckels sofort wieder aus dem suspend Modus aufwacht. Der Log dazu hier:

Nun habe ich die Treiber wieder deinstalliert und benutze wieder libinput. Suspend funktioniert nun, aber das Touchpad und der Trackpoint funktonieren nach dem aufwachen nicht mehr.

Kann mir jemand dabei helfen? Am liebsten würde ich den synaptics Treiber verwenden, da mit dem das scrolling wesentlich flüssiger läuft
