T4xx (T400-450 ohne "T440s/T450s") T430 better Monitor

Sorry if I'm opening another topic, but I had search all the forum and I am a little lost. Is there anyway to upgrade the T430 monitor, any kit like this one for the Non Slim series ?

I have one T420s and one T430, but I would like to upgrade the T430 cause it has a quad-core.
