T4xx (T400-450 ohne "T440s/T450s") T420s Soundproblem - Sound knackt und kratzt - Latenz Problem?

Hey Leute,
same problem as every year. Bei meinem nigelnageneuem T420s habe ich genau den selben nervenden Fehler wie Anfangs bei meinem T400 (damals wars der Intel SATA Treiber - Problem gelöst).

Wenn ich Musik anhöre, kommt der Sound manchmal nicht hinterher, es knirscht und knarzt ohne Ende.

Ich habe mir ein paar Tipps aus dem Lenovo Forum geholt, aber nun weiss ich echt nicht weiter:

Laut Latency Mon macht sowohl der NVIDIA Optimus Treiber als auch die Antimalware MS Security Essentials Probleme. Zweiteres kann ich ohne Probleme lösen (abschalten), aber es gibt ja nur den einen NVIDIA Treiber bei Lenovo derzeit...
