Habe mir eben man die Garantie der T420 genauer angesehen:

"Description:This product has a three year limited warranty which includes aThinkPlus warranty upgrade. This product is entitled to parts and laborand Depot service. Batteries have extended coverage for a one timereplacement in years 2 and 3. Customer, for regulatory or securityissues, does not have to return their defective hard drive. This machineis also entitled to the Thinkpad Protection Service."

Die haben anscheinend eine Sondergarantie die ich so bisher auch noch nicht gesehen hab. Wenn ich das richtig verstehe, dann haben die Akkus hier eine Zusatzgarantie die dem Kunden einen Tausch nach 2 bzw. 3 Jahren ermöglichen.
