T450s Sierra Wireless EM7345 hängt sich auf bei Verbindungsversuch (Manjaro Linux)

Hallo,
ich möchte bei meinem t450s eine Verbindung mit dem O2 Netzwerk (postpaid) aufbauen. Die Verbindung hatte ich im Netzwerkmanager konfiguriert. Wenn ich diese nun auswähle deaktiviert sich das Gerät (cdc-wdm0) und ist auch nicht mehr auffindbar. Erst nach einem Neustart taucht das Gerät wieder auf.

Ich hatte das Gerät mittels

 mbimcli -p -d /dev/cdc-wdm0 --intel-modem-reboot
neugestartet, daher die Gerätenummer 6. Das neustarten ist nur möglich, wenn ich noch keinen Verbindung mit cdc-wdm0 aufgebaut hatte. Sobald ich versuche eine Verbindungs aufzubauen ist das Device nach 5 sekunden nicht mehr auffindbar.
