Samsung 540 EVO friert ein.

Hi,

ich habe letztens ein Firmware upgrade meiner Samsung SSD gemacht ( auf EXT0DB6Q ).
Jetzt hängt mein System öfters mal für ein paar Sekunden.

Er re-settet also den SATA link. Hat jemand von euch das auch schonmal gesehen?

SSD: Samsung SSD 840 EVO 500GB

Tritt das nur im Batteriebetrieb oder auch im Netzbetrieb auf?

 

[gestern]

scheint am powermanagement zu liegen.
moderne SSD haben stromsparmodie die "ältere" chipsätze noch nicht beherschen, würde mal in die richtung "forschen".
leider habe ich bei linux null ahnung wo an welchen stellen geschraubt werden kann.
SSD smartwerte konrollieren, .....
welches dateisystem ?

sektor null problem hat doch mit dem MBR zu tun, oder ?

Dann ist entweder die SSD kaputt oder hat einen Wackelkontakt.
