Restoring the IBM Thinkpad 710T

Hello friends!

I am interested in the IBM Thinkpad 710T. I would like to be able to speak.
And finally; I need your help in figuring out how to bypass the login screen and get to the OS. All suggestions are welcome

As you can see I am stuck on the user selection and signature, Which of course I do not know.
