P50 Neues BIOS 1.24 (P50)

Lenovo hat eine neue BIOS Version herausgegeben, die eine relativ große Anzahl an Änderungen aufweist:

Version 1.24
UEFI: 1.24 / ECP: 1.16
(New) Support New POST Logo.
(New) Support legacy boot on system with NVMe SSD.(Driver is needed.)
(New) Added support for Windows10 Device Guard feature.
(Fix) Fixed Ethernet LAN Option ROM might not work properly with PoE Ethernet Switch.
(Fix) Added a workaround for Trackpoint does not work on pre-boot environment.
(Fix) Fixed an issue where POST logo might show twice.
(Fix) Fixed an issue where unsuitable warning message is displayed for AC adapter.
(Fix) Fixed an issue where Password prompt might not display to the external monitor on docking station.(Discrete GPU mode).
(Fix) Fixed an issue where Discrete GPU frequency might not reach to MAX clock.

Ab 1.25 gibts hoffentlich wieder das alte POST Logo ;-)

Gleich hier auch noch: Falls wer Probleme mit den Bios-Meldungen hat, dass diese nicht auf den am Dock angeschlossenen Monitoren erscheinen, dieses Update hilft -- aber nur wenn man auf die diskrete Grafik umschaltet.
