[HILFE] Webcam Live Stream in HTML/PHP Seite einbinden?

Hallo - ich stehe vor einem Problem

Momentan Streame ich mit Windows Media Encoder (http://anbeckandi.dnsalias.org:3030) eine Webcam und kann durch eingabe der eben genannten Adresse im Windows Media Player dieses auch anschauen.

Jetzt meine Frage: ist es möglich diesen Live Stream in eine Webseite HTML oder PHP einzubinden? Das wenn man diese Seite aufruft ein MediaPlayer zu sehen ist der diesen LiveStream zeigt?
