Frage zur Art der Garantie (TPP)

Hallo,

ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich neben dem Vor-Ort-Service auch eine ThinkPad-Protection habe.
Was sollte beim Warranty-Lookup stehen, wenn man eine solche Protection hat?
Bei mir steht:

This product has a three year limited warranty which includes a ThinkPlus warranty upgrade.
This product is entitled to parts and labor and includes on-site repair service.
Service is available Monday-Friday, except holidays, with a next business day response objective.

Eigentlich steht da nichts von der Protection, aber vielleicht versteckt sich das im ThinkPlus? Wobei ich eben gelesen habe, dass ThinkPlus vieles bedeuten kann.

Konkrete Frage: Wie finde ich heraus, ob ich eine ThinkPad Protection habe?

Thinkpad Protection ist da nicht inklusive. Da ich gerade eine mit TPP erworben habe, die derzeit registriert wird, kann ich Dir in ein paar Tagen sagen wie die Abfrage des Garantiestatus mit TPP aussieht.

Die Ausgabe mit Protection Plus sieht so aus:

Description: This product has a three year limited warranty which includes a ThinkPlus warranty upgrade.
This product is entitled to parts and labor and includes customer carry-in repair service.
Service is available Monday-Saturday, except holidays, with a 2nd business day response objective.
This machine is also entitled to the Thinkpad Protection Service.

Wichtig für TPP ist, das der letzte Satz dabeisteht. Du hast also definitiv keine Thinkpad Protection, nur 3 Jahre Vor-Ort-Service (vermutlich von Bring-In auf Vor-Ort erweitert).

Da ich oft mit dem TP unterwegs bin, wäre es schon praktisch, gegen Fall- und Stoßschäden ein wenig abgesichert zu sein.
TPP sehe ich immer nur in Verbindung mit 3 oder 4 Jahren Vor-Ort und das kostet dann gleich 170 - 2xx €.
TPP kann man nicht einzeln dazukaufen oder? Zumindest finde ich nirgends eine solche Kaufoption.

Puh, keine Ahnung wie es damals war, mein T500 ist ja eins von den Weihnachtsangeboten für IBM & Lenovo-Mitarbeiter gewesen. Ich meine das Upgrade auf 3 Jahre Bring-In & Protection hat 89€ gekostet.
Weiß jetzt allerdings auch nicht mehr, was die Ausgangsbasis für die Garantieerweiterung war ?(

Warum steht bei euch, an welchen Tagen der Service gilt? Bei mir steht sowas nicht?
