Daten des T60

Hallo!

Ich versuche gerade Leopard auf meienm schnuckeligen T60 zu installieren 8)

Nur muss ich jetzt bei der Installation lauter Spezifikationen angeben, die ich nicht weiß und auch nicht erfolgreich war herauszufinden ?(

Mein T60 ist anscheinend ein 2007-6RG. Was ich weiß ist, dass ich einen Intel Core 2 CPU T7200 @ 2,o GHz drinne hab ^^
Aber ich weiß nicht, ob ich den Vanilla Kernel 9.2.0 oder 9.2.2. hab - hab ich noch nie in meinem Leben gehört 8|

Und dann gehts weiter mit "Chipset Drivers"

Chipset Drivers:

(NOTE- JMicron is the only driver
that always installs so please choose at least 1 option, some will have
to choose 2 [if you have Marvell IDE and Intel SATA for example]) There
are only 6 choices here.

NForce Old - This is the older version
of Medevils NForce(1.0.2) driver. Install this if you have issues with
SATA enabled causing a panic. Known to work for some Nforce3 users.

NForce Test- If you have a SATA DVD or do not have issues booting the DVD normally chooses the NForceTest.

SiliconImage3132 - I have not found anyone that uses this specific chipset to confirm if it works.

VIA,
SiS, Marvell and SB - Please install this if you are using any of these
chipsets. If you have a Marvell IDE drive please install this as they
should be supported. I have added many ID's here so I hope they all
work! This choice installs AppleVIAATA, AppleOnboardPCATA and
AppleGenericPCATA. Confirmed working for SiS!

SAS - By request I added support for this, as of my writing this its untested. Hopefully it works.

Intel
ICHx- If you have ICH7/8/9 chipsets you should install this. This is
the modified version by -Dune- to support more than 2 drives and fix
the over 2Gigs of RAM panics.

Bei Audio kann ich wählen aus:

ALC850/882/883/888/889
AC97Audio
ADI1988
STAC9271
AzaliaAudio

If you are not sure what chipset you have, please choose AzaliaAudio (for most HD) or AC97Audio. Both audio chipsets work quite well as defaults with other noncompliant devices.

Könnt ihr mir vll da sagen, welchen ich nehmen muss, wenn ich eine SoundMAx HD in meinem T60 verbaut habe??

Als nächstes kommt die Grafikkarte - aber die weiß ich Gott sei Dank^^ -> X1400 Mobility (Endlich mal ne Auwahl die so heisst, wie die Hardware, die ich habe ^^)

Was leider nicht weiß ist, welche Netzwerk Treiber ich brauche:

ForceDeth- This is compatible with most NForce LAN.
ForceDeth-V - This is compatible with most NForce LAN(recommended version)
Skge - Driver for most Marvell LAN cards.
RTL8187- Just as it says for Realtek 8187
Zydas USB- For the USB Wireless LAN adapter
Tiger IO80211- Some Atheros cards require this Tiger version to work. Default install is IO80211 from 10.5.2
Broadcom- WLAN driver for BCM4306/4309/4318/4320/4324
RT2500- Suppose to support DLink WMP54G v4.0, may support some others.
ViaRhine- Just as it says, for ViaRhine chipsets
Intel 100Pro VE- Just as it says, for the Intel 100Pro VE chipset
RT2860- Driver for some chipsets like WL-181, may also work on some others.

Wäre echt super, wenn ihr mir sagen könntet, was ich jeweils auswählen muss! :thumbsup:

ABER:
OS X 10.5 auf nem Microsoft/Linux Book zu installieren ist vergeudete zeit und wird nie 100% laufen.

Dafür gibts MacBooks (Pro)!

Doch doch, mit Leo4All kann man OS X aufm PC installieren - aber ich brauche die genannten Daten....

Dass du mir

CPU : Support Intel® Core™ Duo Processor / Merom Processor [*]Chipset : Intel® 945G M/GT + ICH7M-DH

schreibst ist zwar nett, aber jetzt weiß ich ja wiedre nicht, ob ich Vanilla 9.2.0 oder 9.2.2 auswählen soll 8| ^^
Und bei den anderen Sachen hab ich leider auch keinen Plan...

da musst du rausfinden welcher linuxkernel das os panter benutzt weil ja das os zeug zu teil immer noch emuliert wird.
-bin mir aber nicht ganz sicher (meine vermutung)

und, hats geklappt ? Ich habe nun schon auch ein paar Mal versucht Leo4All Ver. 3
auf mein T60 zu packen (2008-BY5) aber leider schreibt der nach angeblich erfolgreicher
Installation nach dem Reboot immer "waiting for root device" ...

... was kann das denn sein ? Ich bin auch etwas unschlüssig, welche Treiber ich auswählen muss.

Vielleicht noch zur Info ... ich habe den Leo auf eine Partition der HDD im 2nd HDD-Adapter installiert.
Sollte ich vielleicht mal die ganze "2nd HDD" nehmen ?

hi,
bei der Leo4All Ver.3 weiss ich es nicht, hatte mal eine andere versucht und da war es zwingend notwendig
eine ganze HDD zu nehmen nicht nur eine partition weil das image ohne multi bootloaader kam.
normalwerweise wird aber auf solche spezielle sachen hingewiesen.

Moin ...

So, nach ca. 20 Versuchen habe ich es nun doch hinbekommen
Man glaubt es kaum, aber es läuft ... und nichtmal schlecht,
werde mich dann erstmal mit der MacOS-Materie vertraut machen.

LAN geht, Sound geht und der Rest anscheinend auch
Muss nur noch mal sehen, ob man nicht doch die Intel
WLAN Karte hinbekommt, oder ob unbedingt ne Atheros her muss.
