Problem mit Symantec Client Security und CuteFTP 7.0

Hallo


Ich habe ein Problem mit der mitgelieferten Symantec Client Security bei meinem T60.

Als mein FTP Programm benutze ich CuteFTP.
Leider funktioniert dies nicht, wenn Client Security angeschaltet ist. Es kann keine Verbindung zum FTP Server hergestellt werden. Dann bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung:

The remote host actively refused the attempt to connect to it.

Wenn ich nun Client Security deaktiviere, funktioniert CuteFTP reibungslos.

Nun möchte ich nicht jedes Mal für meine FTP Transfers die Client Security deaktivieren müssen.
Ich habe bereits probiert, die Programmsteuerung bei Client Firewall manuell einzustellen und CuteFTP und FTP Transfer Engine auf "Alle Zuslassen" gestellt. Leider brachte mir das (noch) nicht den gewünschten Erfolg.

Darum meine Frage:
Nutzt jemand von euch CuteFTP und kann mir sagen, was ich wo einstellen muß, damit es funktioniert? Muß ich zusätzliche Einstellungen an Ports vornehmen und wenn ja, wie???

CuteFTP ist shareware und kann kostenlos unter www.cuteftp.com heruntergeladen werden.

? ich benutze CuteFTP7 Professional und habe keine Probleme damit?

Da Du keine Angaben (Fehlercodes) gegeben hast habe ich extra mal in meiner Hilfe (ja ? ich habe viel Zeit?) nachgesehen:

Connecting after a 425 error
If you receive an 425 error, or an error that says "Cannot open data connection" or "Cannot build data connection", try connecting in PASV mode. If you still cannot connect, you can try connecting via HTTP and port 80. Enter all your information as you would for an FTP site.
To connect via HTTP and port 80
1. From the menu, choose File > New > HTTP Site. The Site Properties dialog appears showing the General tab.
2. In Label, enter any name you would like for the site.
3. In Host Address, enter the regular FTP address for the site.
4. In Username, enter your user name for the site.
5. In Password, enter your password for the site.
6. Select Connect.

Also sehe noch einmal nach mit Symantec eingeschaltet, was da an Fehlermeldungen

Ich habe 7.1 Home und bekomme diesen Fehlercode:

ERROR:> The remote host actively refused the attempt to connect to it. 1) Verify that the destination server name or IP address is correct
2) Verify that the connection port number is correct (under Site Settings | Type tab).
3) The remote server may be temporarily or permanently inaccessible (try again later).
4) Verify that you have chosen the right protocol (SSH2, SSL, FTP, etc.) and have setup all required options for that protocol.
5) Verify that the destination IP address and port numbers are correct.
6) The remote server may be refusing multiple connections from the same client. Try using only one connection thread when connecting to this particular server (Site Settings | Options).
7) Try pinging the address.
8) If you are using a router, verify the router is up and running (check by pinging it and then ping an address outside of the router).
9) Do a traceroute to the destination to verify all routers along the connection path are operational.
10) Verify that your subnet mask is setup properly.
11) Verify that your local software or hardware firewall is not blocking outbound connections originating from CuteFTP.
12) Verify that your anti-virus software is not at fault (try disabling it).

Also die i.p.-Adresse stimmt schon mal?

Du könntest mal hier hin gehen http://www.auditmypc.com/freescan/scanoptions.asp und einen Online Sicherheitstest amchen?.

Dann sollte ein Fehler kommen, dass Port geschlossen ist? - und der ist es dann, der auch CuteFTP an der Arbeit hindert?.

Es war so wie du dachtest, der Port ist dicht.

Nur, wie eröffne ich jetzt den Port 21 für CuteFTP??? Ich habe ihn schon bei Optionen -> Firewall in den HTTP Liste eingetragen und auch bei Optionen -> Secure Port

Trotzdem funktioniert es nach wie vor nicht
