X6x X61t tablet mainboard flashed to x61 bios

Hello everyone, sorry no german.

I have used my X61t mainboard in my x60s chassis and it works fine except indicator leds and thinklight not working. I have flashed x61 middleton bios to x61t mainboard and it works with x60s xga display. However the embedded controller is still from x61t. I wonder if anybody successfully flashed x61 ec to x61t mainboard ?

I am not sure, but I guess, that the Middleton BIOS package does not contain an EC update. So first the latest regular BIOS and EC should be installed before installing Middleton BIOS. - The update-README should tell you more about that.

I don't think that's an EC thing - since the X61t PCBs in the display frame have multiple extra features like the buttons, it might be that the pinout is actually different. Aside from your status LEDs, your microphone and Bluetooth are probably also not working.
