WHAT THIS PACKAGE DOES

  This package provides the ISO image file of UEFI BIOS which is compatible with
  CD/DVD/BD writing software to create the CD/DVD/BD for the UEFI BIOS update.
  Hereafter the CD/DVD/BD for the UEFI BIOS update is called as "BIOS Update CD".

  The BIOS Update CD can boot the computer disregarding the operating systems
  and update the UEFI BIOS (including system program and Embedded Controller
  program) stored in the ThinkPad computer to fix problems, add new functions,
  or expand functions as noted below.

  For that purpose, it is necessary to have the CD/DVD/BD writing software (with
  CD/DVD/BD creation function from the ISO image file) prepared separately.

  Also, the following type of CD-RW, CD-RW & DVD Combo, DVD, DVD Multi, BD or
  other optical drives should be prepared. (Hereafter these drives are called as
  "optical drive".)
  - USB

  This program is language independent and can be used with any language system.

- If the UEFI BIOS has been rolled back to version 2.47 from higher version,
CPU microcode (MCU) is also rolled back to older version than the one addressed
for CVE-2017-5715.

- If the UEFI BIOS has been updated to version 2.44 or higher, it is no longer
able to roll back to the version before 2.44 for security improvement.

Hallo, bei mir funktioniert die Version 2.47 bis jetzt einwandfrei.

Auch mit der Boot-CD sagt er, dass ein Update nicht notwendig ist.
2.46 ist installiert.

SSD Leistung ist wieder auf dem Niveau von 2.46, 2.47 war schneller.

Ja, wobei er bei der in meinem T440p verbauten Samsung auch ein Update durchgeführt hat, der Bildschirmanzeige nach
Ich war mir eigentlich fast sicher, die FW wäre aktuell gewesen.

BIOS 2.51 ist raus.

Bei mir SSD Performance deutlich verbessert lt. ASSSD - insbesondere die Zugriffszeit.
HT kann jetzt lt. Changelog ab- oder angeschaltet werden.

Schauen wir mal ob es sonst noch was ändert
