X1 Carbon 2100: Detection error on Storage Device (M.2)

Hallihallo,

habe mit meinem X1 Carbon 4th Generation immer mal wieder Probleme beim Booten gehabt. Heute geht nix mehr.
Als Systeme laufen Debian, Kubuntu und Windows 10 im Triple Boot. Grub2 hängt an Debian, aber bis dorthin komme ich gar nicht mehr, sondern nur bis auf die Boot-Oberfläche des X1 (siehe Anhang). Von dort aus kann ich keines der Systeme starten.

Und dann bekomme ich beim Booten die Fehlermeldung:
2100: Detection error on Storage Device (M.2)

@linrunner: Gute Frage! :-) Ich hätte einfach, "Nein!" schreiben sollen. Ich arbeite seltenst mit Windows und bin manchmal unsicher, was W10 bei seinen Updates im Hintergrund so macht ... ;-)

@think_pad: Heute hat er wieder ein paar Mal gebootet. Bin über Grub sowohl in Windows als auch in Debian gelangt. Kann ich von dort aus irgend etwas versuchen? Mir fehlt da ein bisschen die Erfahrung: Gerät aufschrauben, SSD heraus nehmen und an Desktop-Rechner anschließen. Okay. Und dann?
Ist das nicht alles ein Zeichen, dass ich die SSD austauschen muss?

Für evtl. Leidensgenossen:
Habe im ThinkPad Setup --> Startup --> den Boot Mode auf Diagnostitcs umgestellt.
Gefühlt tritt der Fehler nun seltener auf.
An einer prinzipiellen Lösung wäre ich natürlich trotzdem interessiert.

Den gleichen Fehler hatten wir in der Firma bei nem T470 auch. Da war das Mainboard dann defekt, SSD Tausch brachte nix.
