T410 ignoriert TLP Ladeschwellen

Ich habe hier ein T410 mit Xubuntu 14.04, das leider immer wieder (unregelmäßig) die mit TLP konfigurierten Ladeschwellen für den Akku ignoriert.
TLP wurde schon einmal neu installiert, aber das hat keine Besserung gebracht.

Keine Ahnung wo das Problem liegt, denn auf meinem X201 funktioniert alles klaglos.

die Schwellen wurden korrekt in die Hardwareregister geschrieben:

Daher gehe ich von einem Hardwareproblem aus.

Verdächtig ist, dass bei einem 5 Jahre alten Akku die tatsächliche Kapazität über der Nennkapazität liegt:

Ansonsten kannst Du – falls verfügbar – ein BIOS Update probieren. Dabei wird meist auch die EC-Firmware aktualisiert. Nach meinen Verständnis ist es der EC (Embedded Controller) der den Ladevorgang steuert.

War bei meinem T510i mit dem großen Akku auch so, ein paar Monate später war der Akku jedoch ein Garantiefall... Ob das hiermit zusammenhängt weiß ich nicht, kannst du ggf. mit einen anderen Akku testen?

Ich habe auch schon vermutet, dass die Laderegelung des Akku einen Schaden hat.
Dann wird er einfach genutzt, bis er nicht mehr geht und dann ersetzt.
