Da hätte ich das Video besser mal in den Vollbildmodus geschalten. So habe ich halt nur "Multimediatasten" gesehen. Naja, wieder eine "interesante" Entwicklung...

Es handelt sich um Ideapad Geräte - Yoga und Lynx.

Oha, es scheint auch eine Version mit ubuntu zu geben. Zumindest ist Ubuntu neben Windows 8 als OS gelistet (unter System Specifications). Sata3 + mSata (via WWAN) ist auch gut. Nicht so gut finde ich die Displayhelligkeit (350 nit ist bei glossy im freien viel zu wenig) und die Auflösung (1366x768).

Das Display sieht mir auch glossy aus, obwohl es hier

als matt gelistet ist. Aber mit der Auflösung kommt es mir nicht in die Tüte. Ansonsten stellt es die X-Serie irgendwie in den Schatten. Wohin Serie/Foren-Rubrik hier gehört das Teil eigentlich, vielleicht postet mal jemand nen Erfahrungsbericht

Ich such schon die ganze Woche nach Test oder ähnlichem aber es scheint sich noch nichts zu ergeben...

Auch die Campus-preise sind nicht raus.

That said, there are some clear indicators that this is one of Lenovo's lower-end machines (you know, in case the price didn't make that obvious). The lid is ringed with a silver-colored band that's supposed to look like metal, but is actually just glossy plastic. There's more shiny stuff to be found beneath the display: there you'll find a wide piece of plastic that houses the Start button and volume buttons. The keyboard panel is made from the same material, so if you look closely, you'll see shiny bits in between the buttons. Not to put too fine a point on it, but that tacky, reflective material looks especially odd next to the matte, soft-touch materials used on the lid and keyboard deck.

Also wenn das ein X230T Nachfolger sein soll fress ich das X41T... :facepalm:

Da haben sie aber teilweise Unsinn geschrieben. Der silberne Streifen am Deckel ist aus Chrom, wie bei allen S-Edges, und nicht aus Plastik.

Ich denke eher, Engadget meint das in dem Fall positiv, und nicht negativ. Es ist auch eher auf das S430 als auf die Edge E bezogen.
