ich versuch es erstmal mit dieser Mail...

I think there are 3 options.
First, I could use your offered a 14 day right to return the product. But this would cause more costs for the sending of the parcel. (I will inform me about the costs tomorrow.)
Second, I keep the systemboard here. But in my opinion, there is the risk that the systemboard won't work - because I am not able to test it with my equipment. With this risk, the systemboard was to expensive. I would suggest a smaller price. So the ration between costs an risk would be better.
Your description in the offering and the picture make me think of an 100% intact systemboard which is easy to install. If I had seen a real picture of this board, I wouldn't ever bet.
The third option: If we can't find an aggreement, I have to inform PayPal or Ebay.
I prefer the first option. So long, I think in your new country will be a parcel service, too.

Hoffentlichen steckt er nicht in finanziellen Nöten, sodass er grad alles zu Geld zu machen versucht, was er in die finger bekommt... nur fallen mir die Golddukaten gerade auch nicht ausm *hintern* ...

Vielleicht hat er ja in der Nigerianischen Staatslotterie Gewonnen und muss dort hinfliegen um die 20Milliarden $ abzuholen. Dafür musst du ihm nur 5000€ schicken..

So, kleines Update,
ich habe mir zum testen des Boards (und aus weil es schon praktisch ist...) eine Ultrabase gekauft, heute hab ich sie von der Post geholt (verdammte Packstation).
Also dann mal schnell das Board wieder ausgepackt, schnell nen Ram-Baustein rein getan und auf die Dock gesteckt und dort VGA Kabel für den Monitor dran... damit ich vielleicht noch einwenig mehr als nur das BIOS sehe hab ich noch schnelle ne HDD an den SATA port gehängt. Da ist noch das Betriebssystem des anderen X200 drauf (hab die Platte vor kurzen getauscht).
Dann den On-Knopf der Dock gedrückt... Lüfter geht an... HDD gibt laut... Win7 Bootscreen kommt... Windows-Anmeldung ... Nach einen Hinweis das die Hardware aktualisiert wird hab ich nochmal Neugestartet... wieder im Windows geschnellgeschaut ob der beschriebene Prozessor drin ist... jap ist der P8700.. dann noch schnelle nen Kurzen Belastungstest >> Super PI : Ergebnis wie erwartet.. entspricht den Ergebnissen der Notebookcheck.com Liste... Tpfc auf max gestellt - geht auch, Lüfter Läuft schnell und mit der zu erwartenden Lautstärke, aber der ist ja eh verbogen...
Werde das Board trotzdem noch versuchen zurück zu schicken... USB Port hab ich nicht gestestet... ebenso wie den VGA port am Board. kann es sein das der VGA port am Board deaktiviert ist, wenn das Notebook (Board) in der Ultrabase ist? Jedenfalls kam da kein Bild raus... (oh Gott der Ausdruck... bin etwas in Zetidruck wie ich grad seh
